Haley is an actress, writer and producer born and raised in New York, now working in both LA and NY. She was trained theatrically in the acting program at Fordham at Lincoln Center, and worked extensively in the New York theatre scene before booking her first film role as a teacher in Steven Spielberg's BRIDGE OF SPIES. She was then cast in the role of "Kiki Bleifer", a shark-like publicist, on John Robin Baitz's NBC miniseries, THE SLAP. Originally for a single episode, Baitz enjoyed her work so much that he wrote her into two more episodes – with scenes opposite Zachary Quinto, Peter Sarsgaard, and Thandie Newton.

Haley recently guest starred as "Gina Anders", the sharp COO of a cosmetics company on BULL (CBS). She has also appeared as "Joanie", a bitchy lululemon-clad sorority girl on BROAD CITY; a young mother on THE AFFAIR opposite Maura Tierney; a sleek corporate assistant on THE BLACKLIST opposite James Spader, and an uptight, entitled Brooklynite on THE LAST O.G. opposite Tracy Morgan. Most notably, her role of "Naomi", an aloof female porn director, on HBO's THE DEUCE (opposite Maggie Gyllenhaal) turned into a recurring role after executive producer George Pelecanos wrote her back onto the show. On the film side, Haley has held supporting roles in HUMOR ME (directed by Sam Hoffman) as a ditzy young theater actress opposite Jemaine Clement; a scathing reality TV producer in Donal Lardner Ward's WE ONLY KNOW SO MUCH (Lionsgate); and Christina Ricci's younger, annoying, sister in Galt Neiderhoffer's 10 THINGS WE SHOULD DO BEFORE WE BREAK UP.

Haley is often recognized for her series regular role on Adam Goldman's hit LGBTQ web show WHATEVER THIS IS – named Best Drama Series of the Year by Indiewire; and has appeared in several other digital series, including the upcoming dark comedy COUP!, in which she'll play “Drago”, a cutthroat contract killer.

As a producer, Haley has developed several successful short films, comedy series and sketches with collaborators Patrick Letterii, Chloe Sanders and Lauren Simpson. As a writer, her short film DRIVE-THRU, a relationship drama which she also stars in, premiered at the 2019 Oscar-qualifying HollyShorts Film Festival, and is currently touring the US festival circuit. She is developing a dramedy series with Sanders and Simpson about the complicated relationship between adult women and their mothers, and has a feature script in development with Letterii – a romantic dramedy based on her dating life (sorry dudes) which she’ll star in. She studies regularly with Bob Krakower and Lesly Kahn. According to Lesly, her type is "hostile, dry and judgmental". She agrees.
